Shipping Policy
We charge actual cost of shipping when using UPS. However if multiple boxes are involved UPS will not calculate shipping correctly. When this happens we will correct the amount. If more than a 15% difference we will contact you first. Standard shipping is for small items only, such as Fumoto valves, Bleeder Valve Kits etc. . Whenever filters or large items are ordered we only use UPS.

Back Orders

In the event of a back order you will be notified and told when the product will be in and ready for shipping. Do to the fact that we offer our products at a much lower price and that shipping is very resonable we can only ship complete orders. If you do not want to wait for the back ordered product to arrive you can cancel the order or, pay the extra shipping for the back ordered item to be shipped when it does arrive. 
Return Policy
All electrical products or diagnostic equipment sales are final, NO returns. In the event of damage caused during shipment the customer must notify the carrier and Lubrication Specialist, LLC. immediately. All products found to be defective may be returned within 10 days of invoice purchase date for replacement only. Any product returned that is not found to be defective will be returned to the customer at their expense, or subject to a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions. Customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from their location on all returns. Their will be no refund of shipping charges unless the wrong product was shipped. Lubrication Specialist, LLC. will only credit the credit card the purchase was made on. Credits will be made to the credit card used within 14 days. In the event the wrong product was shipped Lubrication Specialist, LLC. will ship to you the correct product at no additional charge and will issue a prepaid return shipping label for the wrong product to be sent back.
Reserve the right to substitute 
From time to time we get products that are not as pictured but are as good or better than pictured. These will be sent unless customer states it has to be the same.
